To validate your experience gift, go to the ‘Book your time Slot’ to let us know your preferred date and time for your experience.
As soon as we receive your request we will be in touch to finalise your reservation and to take payment. Simulator Experience cannot guarantee that your chosen date and time is available for you, however we will always do our best to ensure that you are happy with the alternative dates and times.
All experiences purchased for use at Simulator Experience will expire after 12 months, from the purchase date. These cannot be revalidated for dates after the 12 months, these cannot be redeemed for cash or swapped or used to purchase any other products or services.
This simulator experience is for one person. This person will be the ‘Captain’ for the experience. The attendee is welcome to bring along up to three guests to enjoy the experience with them.
We have all facilities on site, a comfortable break room, toilets, TVs, complementary tea, coffee, and soft drinks. Therefore, feel free to arrive earlier than your experience appointment time, to relax.
All attendees are welcome and encouraged to take pictures and videos, posting on any social media sites are accepted by Simulator Experience.
Free parking is available on site, we will take your vehicle registration upon your arrival, we email this to the parking centre for permission purposes. Disabled facilities: parking, ground floor toilet and a lift is also available on site.
Processing of your personal information (i.e. any information which may potentially allow your identification through reasonable means; hereinafter “Personal Information”) is necessary for the performance of our contractual obligations towards you and providing you with our services, to protect our legitimate interests and for compliance with legal and financial regulatory obligations to which we are subject.
We may also disclose information if we have good reason to believe that disclosure of such information is helpful or reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request; (ii) enforce our policies (including our Agreement), including investigations of potential violations thereof; (iii) investigate, detect, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities or other wrongdoing, suspected fraud or security issues; (iv) to establish or exercise our rights to defend against legal claims; (v) prevent harm to the rights, property or safety of us, our users, yourself or any third party; or (vi) for the purpose of collaborating with law enforcement agencies and/or in case we find it necessary in order to enforce intellectual property or other legal rights.
